Terms of Sale

These general terms govern the relationship between Nasledstvoto VI OOD (the "Seller") and the natural or legal persons (the "Buyer") who submit order requests for an edition via nasledstvotovi.com.

The Bulgarian version of these terms is the authoritative legal text. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. Seller

The company is not currently VAT-registered.

2. Scope

The Seller offers limited, numbered facsimile editions of Bulgarian books and documents. Deliveries are made only within the Republic of Bulgaria. Print runs are limited; requests may be declined when the available copies are exhausted.

3. Order request and confirmation

  1. The Buyer submits a request through the form on the edition page, providing name, phone, email, delivery address, chosen courier and number of copies (maximum 2 per request). If a company invoice is required, the Buyer also provides the company name, UIC and, where applicable, VAT ID.
  2. Submitting a request is non-binding until the Seller expressly confirms it. The Seller will contact the Buyer within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and delivery details.
  3. A distance sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the request.

As a consumer under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without compensation and without giving a reason, subject to the following:

If you receive a defective or non-conforming edition, please contact us within a reasonable time at the email above. Statutory rights under the Bulgarian Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods apply.

9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Buyer may file a complaint with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Changes

The Seller may amend these terms. Each request is governed by the terms in force at the moment of submission.

11. Applicable law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are heard by the competent Bulgarian court, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
